Come out, meet some new people, and get a sweat goin’ with our fast paced drop-in drill program. Coaches will put attendees through numerous interactive drills that will get the competitive juices flowin’. Class times may vary based on interest and instructor availability.
It is advised that participants bring a jug for water, sunscreen, hats, etc.
