Description
Even if you can’t twist into a pretzel, you can enjoy yoga. Classes include an active workout with a relaxing, meditative work-in. This class is for beginners or those with some yoga experience. Explore and expand your own strength, flexibility, balance, and focus. Leave each class feeling better than when you walked in. Bring a mat/blanket and yoga blocks.
