Join our friends from North Metro Community Services for a round or two of chair volleyball. This program is adaptable for everyone! Chair volleyball is played with a beach ball and a five foot high net, and is great for upper body mobility and joint flexibility. It enhances your muscle tone, reflexes, hand eye coordination and endurance. Rules are similar to regular volleyball except cheeks stay in seats!
