This class formerly called “Emerge” has a new name, but the same great class and instructor! Are you an active-aging participant looking to return to a fitness program after illness or injury? Or maybe you’ve always wanted to start a fitness program, but traditional gyms make you feel a little shy? “First Step Fitness” is the class to help you take the first steps toward realizing your fitness goals while having fun and building confidence. In this class, we focus on core strength, balance, and flexibility while teaching participants proper body mechanics and ways to modify or progress exercises. This class has two goals; to help each participant get back to fitness, and to have fun while doing it.
