Each month begins by exploring basic alignment of selected poses, breath work, and meditation. As class progresses, new poses are added creating a flow, synchronized with your breathing. Class begins with warm-up poses that allow you to stretch deeper and ends with cool-down poses to release muscles, allowing a deep relaxation. No experience necessary, class is designed to provide options for all levels.
