Description
Learn about why children over-react to small problems with big reactions and how to help them develop skills for self-regulation. The instructor, Lyn Rodriguez Neisius, LPC-S, LSSP, has been working with youth and caregivers for many years and specializes in teaching children how to understand their emotions and use coping strategies. She knows that parents want to support their children with these struggles and is excited to share ideas about how to do that. You will leave with a better understanding of self-regulation and resources to support your journey.The fee is $30/family so please only register one parent. Children ages 7-13 are welcome to attend.
