GOD’S CREATION UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL We will venture into the beautiful Selkirk Mountains of North Idaho. The trip starts at CLBC, where we will gear up, go over the trip plan, and discuss back-country safety and ethics. During the four-day, three-night trip, campers will enjoy day hikes, survival skills, and fellowship. Each day will include Bible studies in order to focus campers on the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the glory of God. This trip is a beginner level hiking trip and no prior experience is necessary. Each participant will be required to carry a backpack with their personal belongings along with some communal gear. Participants must be able to carry approximately 30-35 lbs and walk on uneven, hilly terrain. CLBC will provide all necessary gear (backpack, tent, sleeping bag, dishes, untensils, etc.) as well as food. Campers responsible for personal gear (clothes, toiletries, snacks, flashlight, Bible, etc.). Space is limited to 20 participants plus leadership.
