Learn mindful stretching while practicing mindfulness in this new drop-in class. This gentle yoga practice takes place while seated to help build strength, increase range of motion, and calm the nervous system. Designed for individuals who have limited mobility and are looking to stay active or are looking for a soothing yoga practice. Instructor: Victoria Collett.
