Your independence is important and so is your safety.Our Senior Self-Defense classes are specially designed for adults 60+ to build confidence and teach real-world safety skills without high-impact movements.
You’ll learn how to:

• Stay aware in public spaces
• Respond calmly to threats
• Use smart, simple techniques to protect yourself
• These classes are empowering, supportive, and a great way to stay active in body and mind
