This class is for new and beginning weightlifters interested in learning the proper technique for strength training. In this class, we will learn and practice the proper form, movements, and range of motion associated with bench press, squats, deadlifts, (overhead) presses, and rows. The goal of the class is to give interested lifters the basic knowledge and skills to get stronger safely and efficiently.
