Learn how to make Picadillo, Enchiladas (with different sauces and fillings), Tostadas, Salsas of all kinds, etc. This class will discuss specialty dishes from specific regions of Mexico - Tamales, Chiles en Nogada, Mole Poblano, Cochinita Pibil and many others. Please bring an apron and a to-go container! Everyone must clean up after class.
