Description
Come join us indoors as we walk inside the facility Walking inside offers a more social atmosphere and protect you for adverse weather conditions, such as rain and heat. You can easily walk with your friends and/or make new friends. Stretching will take place at the beginning of class. Step bench and handheld weights are available to enhance your workout.
