Description
Relax your mind and body with a low-impact and weight-bearing exercise that began as a martial art. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi is an effective exercise for gently improving strength, balance, flexibility, range of motion and memory. This beginner-friendly class is adaptable and safe for all stages of health.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and flat bottom shoes.
