Description
Intense boot camp style class, burns calories, tones muscle, and increases cardiovascular level. A team-oriented class that includes a variation of lap swim strokes, and exercises also performed on pool deck. Must bring swim goggles, and towel. Geared for adults of a higher fitness level.
