This activity is closed to further registration.
You don’t have to be a candidate for American Ballet Theatre to reap the rewards of a ballet barre workout. This is the traditional classical barre workout, somewhat simplified and geared to your own body. Everyone has so much fun and is always ecstatic with the body sculpting that takes place! Comfortable clothing is a must ballet shoes or socks for your feet. Get ready for a good time and see you at the barre! (We are using the back of a chair for our ballet barre) (6 classes)
In person class provided that, LA County Public Health Department protocols allow. If not class will be taught virtually via Zoom.
