About this event
Beginner sailing classes are taught on classic Herreshoff 12 1/2s for students with no prior experience or limited sailing abilities. This class covers the basic principles and skills of sailing – boat parts & vocabulary, boat handling, tacking, jibing, , and mooring. Topics will be discussed prior to sailing in the sailing school classroom at 17 Burnside Street. Tues/Thurs: 5:30- 8:00 pm
