Tai Chi Chuan is a gentle martial art practice that has long been considered a healing art. Scientific findings show that it is effective for people who have suffered neurological diseases (stroke, Parkinson's), orthopedic diseases (arthritis), and cardiovascular diseases. Instructor Melissa “Alex” Medel will be leading the class step-by-step in a 64 Step Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan as originally taught by the Lien Ying Tai Chi Chuan Academy. Beginners and all levels are welcome.
