Experience leadership filled with tough-love. A "goal themed" tactical fitness camp, mixed with various training drills from basketball, yoga, boxing, Tabata, Pilates, ballet, step, dance, feminine movement and much more to create a total body workout.
You will be both challenged and supported. Dawn brings a wealth of experience to her training, as well as an energy that is transformational. Looking for a personal metamorphoses?

A 4-week session beginning October 17 and going through November 11, Monday through Friday 6:00am-7:00am. Class will be held at the Brisbane Community Park on M, T, TH, & F. Wednesday class will be held Outside.
FLOWERS: I’ve lived in Brisbane almost five years and in that time, I heard rumors of a group of women—a Collective Camp—that met at 6 am in the park, year round. I was not that person. Too early! Too hard! Too much work! Then I found out that a friend I knew, liked, and respected had joined…her life is not so different than mine! Maybe I could do it, too? Turns out I like and respect myself enough to show up every morning, in the rain, in the dark, and do my best, for me, with Dawn’s FIERCE support and encouragement, pushing me to do a little bit more. Modifications are there for you—do what you can, a little bit differently (for example, safer for the knees). But always moving…so we can keep moving (and maybe even look good doing it).
