There’s no fun like fun with fungi! Join Willie Huston of Pick ‘N’ Grin farm as he demonstrates how to inoculate logs with a variety of Shiitake spawn, which works great for outdoor cultivation. A short page of useful information will also be provided. Willie will also be offering the opportunity to purchase inoculated logs, at a price of $25, so you can take the fun home with you. Notes and pictures are highly encouraged in this course.
