Therapeutic yoga is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the philosophy and practice of Yoga. Therapeutic yoga is an awareness-based, no-pressure class where everyone is encouraged to listen to their bodies and explore gentle, appropriate movement. Each class offers many adaptations for any given exercise so that people of all levels can work at exactly the pace they need. This approach to yoga is slow, safe, and impactful.
