Description
Embrace your body, build and maintain confidence, and strengthen and restore your pelvic floor and core muscles. This program supports you mentally, physically, and socially with
- One live group workout per week at 11:35 a.m. on Tuesday's at the EBCC Aerobics
- One group virtual wellness coaching session per week at 1:25 p.m. on Wednesday's.
- The link will be sent to you prior to the session start time.
This class is designed for those currently pregnant or postpartum and cleared for exercise. Safe modifications and low impact options are given for all movements. Babies are welcome!
If you are bringing your baby to the live workout, they need to be in their car seat for safety. A crying baby's mom needs to take a break and take care of baby before returning to the workout.

Three Group wellness coaching sessions will be held virtually on the following dates:
