Riding with other women is empowering! Either you want to learn some new skills or work on specific trails features, just want to meet other riders, or want to discover new trails, we are adapting our sessions to your goals and needs. Our rides/sessions are guided/coached by our women coaches only with a ratio of 1:6 maximum. AGE and SKILLS These sessions are for women of any age (no, really!), for intermediate riders, with at least two years of mountain biking experience. Our riders are divided into smaller groups of six maximum for a better experience, depending on their skills, fitness level and goals. The Women Intermediate program is designed for those who feel at ease on the mountain bike to challenge themselves to the next level (black trails). We review the basic skills if needed and tackle the following ones: -Direction control: leaning the bike more than the body, rotational body movements -Pressure control -Timing and Coordination The Women Intermediate program meets at a different location each week. Your coach sends a note a few days ahead through the Team App. Feel free to suggest some spots too! Our fall programs run for seven weeks, weather dependent.
