About this event
The Longhorns Diving Camp offers an outstanding learning opportunity and a challenging training environment for divers of all abilities. The divers participate in two diving training sessions and an extensive exercise/stretching/spotting session each day. Instruction is provided in all phases of competitive diving - from novice to elite levels. Several lectures are presented in order to best educate the divers about mechanics, movement, learning and mental focus.
