Masks will be optional for all indoor and outdoor Athletic camps. This camp goes Monday - Thursday. This coed camp is for the new student or a student with less than 2 years of lifting experience. This will look similar to a boot camp or Camp Gladiator. Campers will learn and participate in body weight exercises, speed and endurance training and interval training workouts.
