Participants will practice and play while learning the basics of roller skating and safety. Coach Dottie aims to help you build confidence while rolling at any age. Emphasizing proper technique of falls, stops, turning, backwards skate, cross over and footwork-you will learn everything you need to know to roll safely and confidently on your own. Blades or quad skates ok. REQUIRED: helmet, wrist/elbow/knee pads and own skates.
