Lilly Vicens of Tulip Tree Tales (pottery studio in Suwanee) will demonstrate hand-building with clay. Each student will build and paint a Monarch caterpillar sitting on a milkweed leaf with stoneware clay and glaze their finished work with brush-on glazes. Work will be kiln-fired and returned to class participants within approximately 2 weeks, just in time for the holidays. Perfect for nature lovers! Bring your creativity! This class will be held in the greenhouse at Old Rucker Farm.
