About this event
Have you been looking for a creative way to work on a specific goal(s)? Well, improv can help! These interactive, inspirational workshops are for everyone and anyone at any point in their life. Don’t have a specific goal, no problem just connect and learn to: embrace the unexpected, trust your intuition, increase your power of being positive, listen organically, navigate change wisely, use creative problem solving, be "in the moment", boost mindfulness, breakthrough nervousness, communicate effectively and break out of the same old patterns. Also, if you are just curious about improv come and check if it is a good fit for you! No experience necessary! Participants must be fully vaccinated with proof of vaccination required on or before the first class. Masks are currently required unless presenting/performing.
