An active, fun class that uses body movements to represent musical rhythms. Emile Jaques-Dalcroze is the founder of the concept of eurhythmics. Absorb and feel the rhythm in your body, instead of translating it from the written page, ie.music. Exercises are adaptable for standing or sitting, as participants are able. The class features interactive games and exercises that help individuals learn to trust their ideas and develop their own intuitions. Class size is limited to eight participants.
