Strength Training is focused on improving muscle mass, bone density, and flexibility. Body weight and weighted exercises will be used. Must be able to get up and down from floor. Dumbbells provided, but you may bring your own. No class 5/30. 2022 Senior Membership is not required for this activity. *NOTE: THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD VIA ZOOM.
