Looking to further your pottery skills? Join the CCArts Pottery Community this Fall in a 10 week Intermediate class. Hone your throwing skills and discover your own unique style! ✨Prerequisites: - Must have taken at least 1 semester of CCArts (or similar) Pottery Classes. - Must be able to confidently throw a simple form on the Pottery wheel. 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM, Tuesday Afternoons 10 Classes, 30 hrs. - Accessing the studio requires use of stairs. ✨Please note: - 1, 25 lb. bag of high-fire stoneware clay, community glazes, firing and use of community tools during class are provided with cost of class. Please note, Open Studio is only available to CCArts Members who are currently enrolled in the Intermediate class with teacher approval. Open Studio information will be provided to eligible students once the class starts. If you are interested in becoming a CCArts Member please go to ccarts.org/membership or contact the CCArts Office at 302-239-2434 Open Studio Schedule will be sent at beginning of the semester. - ALL WORK TO BE FIRED AT CCARTS MUST HAVE BEEN MADE AT CCARTS, EITHER IN CLASS OR IN OPEN STUDIO. - NO OUTSIDE WORK WILL BE FIRED. - Students should bring their own towel and apron. - Limited to 10 Students. - Students are responsible for cleaning & sanitizing their studio equipment after each use. - Students are provided with limited storage space during the semester, but must remove all personal belongings after the end of the Session/Semester. CCArts cannot store student work after the semester is over.
