THIS IS A FREE TRIAL, SINGLE DAY CLASS. Instructor Tami Woodbury is certified in this one-of-a-kind fitness format out of Canada. Defining Essentrics is simultaneous strengthening and stretching. This program trains the muscles to be equally strong as they are flexible. In Essentrics the muscles are being lengthened while they are being strengthened. The program is aimed at rebalancing all muscles and joints.Bring a mat, light dumbbells, towel, and water.
