Please join Amy Kendall (200-hour RYT) for a 60-minute yoga flow! This is an all-levels vinyasa yoga class focused on mindful movement. Participants will engage in a series of yoga poses designed to stretch and strengthen the entire body, resulting in a sense of relaxation and calm.Cost is $6 per class. Must register online.
