Description
Join us for the soft launch of our new specialty class part of our Water X Platinum Series, AquaGong Wellness! AquaGong Wellness is a gong sound bath meditation that happens while you're floating in our Recreation Pool. Participants lie on their backs, allowing the buoyancy of the water to support them. Combining the soothing effects of water with the resonant sounds of gongs, deep vibrations wash over the body, promoting relaxation and mindfulness. This unique experience enhances sensory awareness, fosters peace, and helps release stress creating a harmonious connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Flotation devices/noodles will be provided.
Please note that while this is a class Water X Platinum Series, you must pay the Aqua Gong Wellness fee of $25.
