Join us in November for an evening with Chef Patrick Gauthron, formerly of Aux Petits Delices, making Pate à Choux (cream puffs). A fabulous base for creating savory gougères (cheese puffs for appetizers), sweet croquettes with crystallized sugar, whipped cream filled swans, the classic St. Honore and to finish the dramatic towering Croquembouche served with French bubbly.6-8:30 pm
