About this event
What: GonnawannaBOWLagin’ is a peer bowling league that takes place in the fall and winter every year. This is a handicap league where scores are collected weekly and the bowlers average is used as a handicap to reach a score of 300. Who: This program is designed for students with ASD who are 8 or older. All ability levels are welcome, however the league is recommended for students with receptive language skills. Volunteers are welcome! Where: Pinboys At The Beach 1577 Laskin Rd Suite 100, Virginia Beach, VA 23451 When: Sunday afternoons for 10 weeks Jan 5 - March 23, 2025 from 3:00-5:00pm NO BOWLING ON February 2 and February 9 How: A one-time registration fee includes two games per week, shoes, ball, and alley materials. Parents are welcome to stay and cheer on their bowlers. If you would like to drop-off your bowler, we ask that you walk in, check in, and prepare your bowler for their session prior to leaving. Please remain in the area and have a phone in working condition as bowlers are ready to leave at the end of their second game- there is not a hard stop time. On the last day of the bowling season, we will host our end of season party.
