Experience a grounding classical yoga class. Rooted in the traditional Hatha practice, this class focuses on being present and nurturing a mind-body balance through pranayama (breathing practice), asanas (physical practice), chanting and meditation. All experience levels welcome.Drop in for $14/classOnline registration stops on the date the class begins, but if it's not full you can most likely still register for the class even after it's started.
