Description
Age 6 and up
This program is a special opportunity to explore Busey Woods in search of wild owls. We will start by dissecting pellets and learning about native owls, then we'll hit the trail! After the hike, meet the resident screech owl and warm up with hot cocoa. Come prepared for wet/cold/ slippery conditions. Participants may hike on soft, uneven surfaces. Pending weather conditions, this program may be rescheduled. A registered adult must accompany children under 15.
Fees for this hike support the care of the nature center's education animals.
