Ah Haa School 155 W. Pacific Ave. Telluride, CO 81435 Organized by Ah Haa School for the Arts

About this event
According to Eugenia Bone, internationally known food and science writer, chef, and founder of Slow Food Western Slope, "If I could put up only one food, it would be tomatoes." Using garden select tomatoes from Colorado's North Fork Valley, students will learn all there is to know about tomatoes – how to pick them, store them, process them, and cook with them. Not only will the class work hands on to water-process several jars of fresh tomatoes, they will also get to taste some of Eugenia's favorite tomato-based recipes. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from a master!
