Description
This class is only open to the 5 SOAZ Scottsdale Bobcat athletes who are continuing on with Part II of the "SOAZ Understanding Me" curriculum. Parent/Guardian consent is required for participants who are not their own guardians.*By signing up for this activity, you are committing to attend all 3 classes.
Are you interested in learning all about healthy relationships alongside other Bobcat athletes in a safe and welcoming environment? Sign up for this class series, "Understanding Me". In collaboration with a team of inclusive health professionals, parents, and athletes, Special Olympics Arizona (SOAZ) developed an inclusive health curriculum focused on educating and advocating for people with disabilities to be able to experience safe, healthy, and positive relationships both with themselves and their community.
Participants will learn about healthy relationships, safety in relationships, sexual health, and more! This class will utilize SOAZ's Healthy Relationships curriculum.
