This activity is closed to further registration.
Invite your friends, family and co-workers and join us for this very important workshop. All women and girls should learn how to defend themselves using good self-defense techniques while improving awareness in a variety of uncertain environments. Statistics show that during the holiday season, crime rates rise, and places like dark parking lots outside of your favorite stores, can become unsafe. All women should have the tools to feel safe, strong and confident. (Girls ages 8-17 are FREE with Adult).
