Description
Are you looking to improve your fitness? Balance the body? Get your sweat on? Expand your potential? Harmonize the mind? White Crane Silat is a Chinese Indonesian martial art. Our holistic traditional system addresses our contemporary need to cultivate strength, balance, flexibility, relaxation, grounding, awareness, spatial intelligence, confidence and community through using barefoot sliding footwork, rolling, breathing, repetition, forms and partner exercises. Practice begins in a circle, with the breath. We finish every class with a tea party. Older students may join with Instructor approval.Classes are tailored to participants. Ideal attire is loose white t-shirt and pants.Drop in $20/class as exact change to the instructor.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation fee: $10.00. All cancellations must be provided in writing and emailed to csd@marinwood.org. We will not process refunds over the phone. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the session/program begins.
