Through this approach, we aim to foster discussion and enthusiasm in the field of artificial intelligence while also supporting students as they learn to build ML projects. Covered (Bring Laptops): - Fundamentals of Python & Overview of Key Libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch - Introduction to Machine Learning (Supervised vs. Unsupervised learning, Training vs. Testing, Loss functions, Linear & Logistic Regression, Decision Trees) - Advanced Models (Support Vector Machines (SVM), Naive Bayes, and Random Forests) - Deep Learning & Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) - Final Projects (to be presented at research expo)
