We are so excited to announce that BISV’s prom this year will take place at Hayes Mansion, a beautiful hotel and historical landmark in San Jose. Get ready for the Great Gatsby Party, which is the theme of this year’s prom! The prom will include a DJ, photo booth, dinner, dessert, and a game lounge! Who: 11th & 12th grade Where: 200 Edenvale Ave. San Jose, 95136 When: Saturday, April 5, 2025, 6:00-10:00 PM. Cost: $180 for BISV students, $205 for non-BISV students RSVP DEADLINE: Registration for both BISV Students and Guests is due by 11:59PM on Friday, March 21. Due to the policies of this facility, we will not be accepting any late registrations, and the RSVP deadline is final, so please make sure you register before the cut-off date and time. IF YOUR BOBCAT PLANS ON BRINGING A GUEST, GUESTS MUST FOLLOW THE REGISTRATION PROCESS LISTED BELOW IN THIS ORDER: 1) Guests must receive approval upon completion of the BISV Guest Permission Form – (Signatures required from guest’s school and BISV) 2) Guests must purchase their ticket via Active.com on the Prom 2025 - Guest Registration - link 3) Guests must upload completed guest form and Active receipt on Form Assembly PLEASE NOTE: -BISV Students are allowed to bring ONE guest only! -Both outside guest and BISV student must be in the same grade. (11th & 12th) -Guests must bring their student ID WITH A PHOTO or a form of government issued photo ID to prom. If the guests’ school does not give ids, the school must send an official email with the student's image as well as name and grade to svauxiliary@basisindependent.com. Guests will be unable to attend the event and a refund will not be given if the above ID policy is not followed. - Guest Form - (Found in the ParentSquare Resource Hub) Registration for both BISV Students and Guests is due by 11:59PM on Friday, March 21. Registration is final, no refunds will be issued.
