Description
This class includes gentle stretches and breath work as well as basic postures, simple movement and accessible strengthening exercises. Incorporating a slower paced practice allows time to explore and feel each posture and learn to connect to the sensations felt within the body. With gentle yoga you can experience health benefits such as improved sleep, reduced stress, increased strength and flexibility, and decreased lower back pain. This class is ideal for students who prefer a less vigorous class and is appropriate for all levels and new students. Bring a mat, comfortable clothes and water.
