We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
Come learn to plan and make budget friendly meals while practicing kitchen safety. Must be 16 years or older to attend. No direct supervision is provided. The second Wednesday of every month we will be cooking for the Disabled Services Advisory Council. Virtual option available.
The City of San Diego, Parks and Recreation Department, Therapeutic Recreation Services, provides therapeutic programs for children and adults with any type of disability. Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) work with participants on social and recreational skill development, leisure education, appropriate behavior, and recreation participation in inclusive environments.
