Description
Leisure Seekers (LS) is a group for independent adults recovering from a mental or behavioral health diagnosis. It is designed to increase socialization, self-esteem, and leisure skills through recreation opportunities and education. Direct supervision is not provided. Register early, space is limited. Must have an assessment on file prior to attending.
Be grateful and give back to the community. Join us to package groceries for people with medical complications at Mama's Kitchen (3960 Home Ave., San Diego, CA 92105). Space is limited.
