Get ready to jump in!Join our exciting Double Dutch program where fun, fitness, and teamwork come together! Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this high-energy program is designed to teach the fundamentals of Double Dutch jump rope in a supportive and inclusive environment.
This program will be offered indoors, FIRST Saturday of each month. In the afternoons from Noon-2:00 PM at the City Park Recreation Center - Multi Purpose Room. Jump ropes are available or bring your own.
