Learn practical and effective self-defense skills. This class will also help participants develop confidence, increase awareness, improve heath, and enhance balance and coordination.
There are no cancelled classes for this class session.Closed dates for the Garvey Community Center are: Saturday, October 12, Monday, November 11, and Saturday, November 16.
