Description
Join Malia DeFelice, a renowned Bay Area performer and instructor, to experience the joy and culture of belly dance. In the Beginners series, you'll learn basic dance steps, posture, arm movements, and signature belly dance moves. This class focuses on stretching, strengthening, gaining flexibility, grace, stamina, and confidence. Perfect for beginners or those looking to refresh their skills. Short video links will be provided for home practice.
