Come to the Zumba Chair Exercise Dance Party: Want something different in exercise? Then join this class and rock to the music. Have fun while you listen to Dwop 50's, groovy sixties, Latin tunes and country boot scootin- Stay seated while you use cardio and strengthening exercise dance moves to help improve your upper and lower body. It'll be impossible to sit still. Smiles required.
